• One account per person - multiple accounts are not permitted

3. Savings Circles - Coordination Only

Important: MyVCCircle only helps coordinate Savings Circles - we do not handle money.

• Savings Circles are private groups for tracking contributions and bids
• All actual money transfers happen directly between circle members
• MyVCCircle provides tools to track contributions, coordinate bids, and manage group finances
• Users are responsible for all actual financial transactions
• Circle coordinators are responsible for ensuring all members are trustworthy

4. Expense Tracking and Financial Tools

• You are responsible for entering accurate expense information
• MyVCCircle provides insights based on data you provide
• We do not access your bank accounts or financial institutions
• All financial data is for tracking and planning purposes only

5. AI Finance Coach and Recommendations

• AI suggestions are for informational purposes only
• Recommendations are not professional financial advice
• You should consult financial professionals for important decisions
• MyVCCircle is not responsible for financial decisions based on AI suggestions

6. VC Points and Rewards

• VC Points are earned through app engagement and completing goals
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points can be redeemed for premium features and app benefits
• We reserve the right to adjust point values and rewards

7. Premium Features and Subscriptions

• Some features may require a subscription or one-time purchase
• Subscription fees are clearly displayed before purchase
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
